Terms
Terms of service
Last updated: 5 November 2026
Please read these terms before you use Infinit PMS. They are written to be clear, so there is no small print.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Global Tech Develop Ltd (company number 16250551) for using Infinit PMS. By creating an account or using Infinit PMS you agree to them. If you use Infinit PMS for a business, you agree on behalf of that business. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over, and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what the team members you invite do.
- Give people only the role and the homes they need. Remove people who leave.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Plans and prices
Every plan is free while we launch. No card is needed, and there is no booking commission on your own booking pages.
Services you connect yourself, such as Stripe, Channex, text messages and email providers, charge their own fees, which you agree with them.
We will tell you before any plan starts to cost money, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. You can close your account at any time.
4. Your data and your guests' data
Everything you put into Infinit PMS stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service.
For your guests, property owners and team, you are the controller and we are your processor. That means you decide why and how their personal data is used, and you must have a lawful reason and tell them (for example in your own privacy notice and on your booking pages). You are responsible for turning on only the features you need, such as photo ID checks, text messages or marketing consent, and for using them lawfully.
The terms that apply to our handling of that data are in the data processing section below.
5. Running your business
Infinit PMS is a tool for running holiday lets and similar accommodation. It does not give tax, legal or regulatory advice. You are responsible for what your booking pages and messages say, for your prices and bookings, and for meeting your own duties, such as VAT, visitor levies, licences and registration, safety rules and consumer law. Where Infinit PMS shows a levy or a limit, check it against the current rules.
Always check your calendars. Bookings and availability pass through other services (booking sites and channel managers) that we do not control, so we cannot promise that a booking will never be missed or double booked.
6. Other services you connect
You can connect Infinit PMS to services such as Stripe (card payments and deposit holds), Twilio (text messages), Channex (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo), Bookalizer, Guestalizer, Xero (by import file) and Google Maps. Each is under its own terms and, for Stripe and Twilio, your own account. Their fees and rules apply to what you do with them.
Suggested replies in the inbox are drafted by Claude (Anthropic) when switched on. A draft can be wrong. Read and edit every one before you send it, and never rely on it for refunds, discounts or access codes.
7. Using Infinit PMS fairly
You must not use Infinit PMS to:
- break the law, or send messages that are fraudulent, misleading or unwanted;
- collect or keep guests' data you have no lawful reason to hold;
- try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell or rent out Infinit PMS itself.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
8. The service
We work to keep Infinit PMS available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example for maintenance. We may improve or change features over time. If we stop a feature that is part of a plan you pay for, we will tell you first.
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Otherwise, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost opportunities, and our total responsibility to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for Infinit PMS in those 12 months.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Infinit PMS at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing legal@globaltechdevelop.com. Before you do, download what you need: reports and stay lists can be exported as spreadsheets, and the API reads homes, stays and prices.
What happens to your data when the agreement ends is set out in the data processing section below.
11. Data processing (UK GDPR Article 28)
This section applies to the personal data of your guests, property owners, team members and other people that you put into Infinit PMS, for which you are the controller and we are the processor. It forms part of these terms.
- What we do: we store, show, send, back up and delete that data as you use Infinit PMS. The types of data are those described in our privacy notice: guests' names and contact details, stays and payment records, messages, notes, photo ID pictures if you switch them on, owners' details and team members' details. We do this for as long as your account is open.
- On your instructions: we process this data only as these terms and your use of Infinit PMS tell us to, unless the law requires otherwise. If we think an instruction would break data protection law, we will tell you.
- Confidentiality: the people who can reach this data for us are bound to keep it confidential.
- Security: we use measures suited to the risk, including encrypted connections, scrambled passwords, separation of each company's data, role-based access, encrypted storage of connection keys, a private area for ID pictures, optional two-step sign in, and nightly backups.
- Sub-processors: you agree that we may use the service providers named in our privacy notice. We will tell you before we add or replace one, by email or in the app, so you can object. We make sure each is bound by terms that give the data similar protection. Stripe, Twilio and any service you connect yourself are used under your own account and are your own choice.
- Helping with requests: Infinit PMS has tools to download and to remove a guest's personal details. If a person asks us directly for their data, we will pass the request to you. We will help you answer requests and meet your duties on security, breaches and impact assessments, as far as we reasonably can.
- Breaches: if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will tell you without undue delay.
- Ending: when the agreement ends, we will delete your company's data or return it to you, as you choose, unless the law requires us to keep it. Copies in backups are replaced within 14 days.
- Checks: we will give you the information you reasonably need to check that we follow this section, and allow audits on reasonable notice, at your cost and without harming other customers' data.
- Outside the UK: our servers are in the UK. If a sub-processor handles data outside the UK, it is under the safeguards UK law requires.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell account holders about important changes by email or in the app before they apply.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
