Direct booking website
Infinit PMS: A booking page for every home and a booking site for each company, with card payment through your own Stripe account and no commission.
Uplisting: A basic booking site on every plan; a "Plus" direct booking site is a paid add-on or part of the Manager plan.
Guest ID checks and deposits
Infinit PMS: Photo ID before arrival and security deposits held on the guest's card, built in. Guestalizer can do deeper checks and longer holds.
Uplisting: Guest identity verification (add-on from £15 a month) and security deposits through "Uplisting Protect" (£4 per listing a month as an add-on).
Dynamic pricing
Infinit PMS: Prices by season and weekday, set by you. Dynamic nightly prices come from Infinit Pricing, our sister product, which connects to Infinit PMS: it reads your homes and, once you approve, sends the prices back. It is a separate product, not built into the PMS.
Uplisting: Prices sync from PriceLabs, Wheelhouse and Beyond using an API key. Not a built-in pricing product on the pages we read.
Owner statements
Infinit PMS: Monthly owner statements from takings, fees and expenses, with an owner area.
Uplisting: Client statements and a client owner portal are paid features; the Manager plan includes client management and owner statements.
UK levies and VAT
