Infinit PMS keeps one calendar and sends prices, open nights and stay rules to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and Google through the Channex channel manager, and brings their bookings back as stays. Bookalizer connects directly, and any site that reads an iCal link can join.

Channex is a channel manager. Infinit PMS talks to Channex and Channex talks to the booking sites.

- Changes are sent as they happen, batched in short waits so the channel manager is not flooded.
- A full send of 500 days goes out once a night and whenever you ask.
- A night with no price is left out and reported. Infinit PMS never makes a price up.
- Bookings arrive by signed message, with a scheduled read as a back up, and are confirmed only after they are saved.
- Bookings that already exist when a site goes live are loaded, so those nights cannot be sold twice.
- A different markup for each booking site, while your own price stays the same everywhere you control.
Google listings
Google gives a company its own feed only from 500 homes, so Infinit PMS goes through the Google channel at Channex.
Each home shows whether it has what Google needs: country, street address, phone number, a website address and the like. Infinit PMS sends that to the home at Channex, which supplies Google.
Bookalizer, our own booking site
For hotels, guest houses, B&Bs and apartment blocks.
Infinit PMS keeps the open nights and prices and sends them to Bookalizer directly, eighteen months ahead. Every booking, change and cancellation comes back as a stay. A host links a home with a one time code copied in Bookalizer.

Every home has its own booking page and every company its own booking site, with card payment into your Stripe account and no commission. They share the same calendar, so a direct booking closes those nights on every connected site. See direct booking features.
Questions people ask
Which booking sites does Infinit PMS connect to?
Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia through the Channex channel manager, Google Vacation Rentals through Channex's Google channel, and Bookalizer directly. Any site that reads an iCal link can also be connected.
Are the booking site connections your own?
No. Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and Google connect through Channex, an established channel manager, rather than through connections we built ourselves. Bookalizer, our own booking site, connects directly.
Does it prevent double bookings?
Bookings from connected sites hold their nights, move them when they change and give them back when cancelled. If two bookings ever clash, the clash is kept and reported to your team instead of being lost.
Can I use different prices on different sites?
Yes. You can set a percentage markup for each booking site, for every home or for one home. Your calendar and your own booking page always show your own price.
Do I need Channex to use Infinit PMS?
No. Without it you still get the calendar, direct bookings and iCal calendar links in and out. Channex is needed for the two way connection to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and Google, and has its own pricing.
Can I bring my Airbnb listings in?
Yes. After you connect your Airbnb account through Channex you can bring each listing in as a new home, and nothing Airbnb does not say is invented: what is missing is listed for you to fill in.
