# Infinit PMS > Infinit PMS is property management software for UK holiday lets and serviced accommodation. Hosts and property managers run prices and open nights, direct bookings with card payment, guest stay pages, messages, cleaning, owner statements and a connection to Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo (through Channex) from one place. Key facts: - Who it is for: people who run holiday lets, serviced apartments, B&Bs and guest houses in the UK, and property managers who look after homes for landlords. - Channels: Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo through the Channex channel manager (live); Bookalizer for hotels, guest houses and B&Bs (in testing today). Each home also has a private iCal calendar link, and other sites' iCal links can be imported. - Direct bookings: every home gets a booking page, and each company gets a booking site that searches all its homes. Guests see every line of the price before they book. No commission goes to a booking site. - Payments: guests pay deposits and balances by card on Stripe's page, into the company's own Stripe account. Card details never reach Infinit PMS. - UK rules built in: VAT inside prices, the Edinburgh visitor levy, the Wales visitor levy, the Greater London 90 night limit, and licence and registration numbers shown where the law asks. - Price: free while we launch. Every plan is £0, no card is needed and there is no booking commission.
